Wil Meggers, Senior Vice President of Platform Services, is responsible for the strategic vision and performance of the GreatAmerica platform services, including PathShare® HR Services and Portfolio Services.
Wil first joined GreatAmerica in 2004 as a sales representative for the Office Equipment Group. He spent 17 years with the company in various leadership roles, including General Manager of the Connected Technology Group and Vice President and Managing Director of the Office Equipment Group. In 2021, Wil left GreatAmerica to join a regional business services firm as the Director of Solutions, leading the vision and strategy for seven divisions within the organization. In 2023, Wil returned to GreatAmerica to assume his current position, guiding strategy to evolve the GreatAmerica platform and expand the company’s many offerings to our valued customers.
Wil graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Computer Science. He is a husband and father to four children and spends most of his time on youth sports fields where he enjoys coaching and helping young athletes understand what it means to be part of a team.

Joe Andries, Vice President and General Manager of GreatAmerica Portfolio Services Group LLC, is responsible for the sales, marketing, operational oversight and strategic planning for the Portfolio Services Group.
Prior to joining GreatAmerica Portfolio Services Group in 2010, Joe was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of US Bank’s Portfolio Services and Small Ticket Capital Markets Divisions. Prior to US Bank, Joe spent 12 years with Lyon Financial Services. His positions included General Manager of their Stellar Financial Services Division, Operations Manager of their BCL Capital Division, and Credit Manager of their Manifest Funding Group.
Joe earned his B.S. degree from St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN.
Director, Client Relations

Darren Sholes, Director of Client Relations, is responsible for developing, growing, and maintaining the relationship between GreatAmerica Portfolio Services and our clients by delivering the GreatAmerica Experience.
In 2005, Darren began his career with GreatAmerica as a Treasury Analyst. After 9 years in Treasury, he transitioned to GreatAmerica Portfolio Services Group, as a Senior Financial Analyst. He was promoted to the position of Portfolio Financial Analyst Lead, where he managed the Client Reporting Analyst’s and the Cash Applications. In 2018, Darren transitioned to Client Relationship Manager, focusing on building, and maintaining strong relationships with new and current clients. Darren assumed his current position as Director, Client Relations in 2024 and continues to foster our client relationships as well as ensuring operational excellence across the entire business unit. Darren and his team are the single point of contacts for our clients delivering solutions covering the entire life cycle of a contract. He provides leadership to the Cash Applications and Billing & Invoicing functions along with Client Relationship Management. Prior to GreatAmerica, Darren spent a year with the University of Iowa Foundation and four years at McLeodUSA in corporate treasury roles.
Darren is a Certified Lease and Finance Professional and volunteers as a mentor and CLFP academy presenter. He has held his Certified Treasury Professional for nearly 25 years and is a member of the Association of Financial Professionals. He earned his B.B.A. and his M.B.A. from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.

Aimee Kramer, Director of Operations, oversees the operational and financial performance of Portfolio Services Group, onboarding new clients and daily operational activities.
Aimee joined GreatAmerica in 2000 as a Documentation Specialist in the Office Equipment Group. In her time at GreatAmerica she has filled many roles such as Credit Analyst, Senior Documentation Specialist, and Documentation Leader. In 2015, she joined GreatAmerica Portfolio Services Group as the Front-End Operations Leader, overseeing documentation and front-end operations. In August 2023 she transitioned to her current role as Director of Operations, where she continues to ensure operational excellence across the entire business unit. Aimee has nearly 28 years of experience in financing.
Aimee earned her Business Administration degree from Southwest Minnesota State University.
Director, Risk & Servicing

Kris Carrow, Director of Risk and Compliance, is responsible for ensuring that GreatAmerica Portfolio Services Group operates within the established risk parameters and policies, as well as providing leadership to the backup servicing team.
Kris started her career at GreatAmerica in 2015 as the Backup Servicing Leader for GreatAmerica Portfolio Services Group, where she was tasked with building up the Backup Servicing product. This involved developing processes, building tracking and monitoring tools, creating documentation, and developing the risk monitoring processes. She transitioned to Risk Operations Leader in 2017 before assuming her current position in 2020. As Director of Risk and Compliance, Kris works closely with GreatAmerica corporate risk and compliance teams to ensure that the business unit operates within established parameters and assists the Backup Servicing function. Prior to GreatAmerica, Kris spent 10 years with US Bank and 2 years with The Southwestern Company.
Kris earned her degree in History from Southwest Minnesota State University. She is a member of the Marshall Municipal Utilities Board of Commissioners and a Co-Leader for the Marshall Leadership Academy.
Financial Analyst Leader

Sean McCallum, Financial Reporting Leader, oversees client reporting and data and provides financial planning and support for GreatAmerica Portfolio Services Group.
Sean joined GreatAmerica in 2015 as an accountant. In 2017, he joined GreatAmerica Portfolio Services Group as a Financial Analyst, transitioning to Client Reporting Analyst in 2019. In 2021, he became the Finance and Operations Analyst, where he was responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the business unit. He was also responsible for developing several KPIs for the business unit and led portfolio transitions for new clients. Sean transitioned to his current role as Financial Reporting Leader in 2022, where he oversees reporting and client data, portfolio transitions, and the financial and operational performance of GreatAmerica Portfolio Services Group.
Sean is a Certified Leasing and Finance Professional. He earned his degree in Accounting and Finance from Mount Mercy University.
